Your wedding ceremony is the heart of the day. It is the moment your marriage begins. It sets the tone for everything that follows.
I create bespoke wedding ceremonies in Scotland, written from scratch for every couple. No standard scripts. No copy and paste. Just a ceremony built around your relationship, your values, your beliefs and the experience you want to create for yourselves and your guests.
With over a decade of experience conducting wedding and life ceremonies since 2012, I bring calm structure and professional guidance from our first meeting to the final words on the day. I know how to hold the space, how to keep things flowing naturally, and how to make sure you feel steady and confident throughout. I also weave in just the right amount of humour to keep the ceremony light, heartfelt and completely authentic to you.
I am legally authorised to solemnise marriage in Scotland on behalf of Open Beliefs Scotland. This allows you to marry almost anywhere in Scotland, from outdoor locations to private venues, with a ceremony that reflects who you truly are.
As an agnostic, inclusive and open belief wedding celebrant, I work with non religious, religious, spiritual and interfaith couples. Faith can be central or lightly woven in. You may prefer a humanist tone or include symbolic rituals such as handfasting or unity ceremonies. Together, we design a ceremony that feels balanced, respectful and personal.
I take time to properly understand your story. How you met. What matters to you. The details your friends and family will instantly recognise. The result is a ceremony that sounds like you and feels natural to say and to hear.
On the day, I bring clarity, warmth and a steady presence so you can focus on each other and truly take in the moment.
If you are looking for a legally authorised wedding celebrant in Scotland to create a personal and meaningful marriage ceremony, I would love to hear from you.
