I am a Humanist Celebrant based in Leith, Edinburgh, fully insured and registered with the Registrar General at the National Records of Scotland to provide legal wedding ceremonies.
Being able to legally wed people and to have them put their faith in me to deliver their own unique story has been one of the greatest privileges of my life so far. A ceremony which honours exactly who people are, filled with all of the best anecdotes, memories and unique flourishes is the best way to celebrate your big day. Do you have grand designs of having your wedding ceremony conducted at the top of a hill or in the middle of a hedge maze? I am always up for anything a bit quirky and open to ideas!
Someone once commented that I was, “the BBC6 Music of celebrants” on account of the fact that I used to work for a couple of indie record labels, so that should give you a measure of me. A bit alternative, a bit quirky and always up for catering for the unusual and off-the-beaten-track. My ceremonies are relaxed, warm and light-hearted. Although I’m based in Leith, I am more than happy to travel across Scotland.
