Lucy works with Fuze Ceremonies, and brings a wealth of experience of creative writing and performance through acting and stand up comedy to her ceremonies. With over 150 ceremonies in a number of different languages, no ceremony is the same, whether it’s a grand occasion in a castle, a relaxed elopement on a beach or up a munro, or an intimate affirmation of vows.
Lucy’s mantra is that a celebrant does two things – firstly, she’ll give you confidence. Confidence that she will guide you through all the required legalities. Confidence that your ceremony is tailored to you, whether you like to take centre stage or whether you don’t want to say any more than your vows. Confidence that she can inspire you with suggestions and ideas that you may never have thought of. Confidence so that you can relax and enjoy this huge milestone in your lives. Oh yes, and the second thing is that she’ll give you fun.
Based in South Lanarkshire, Lucy travels anywhere in Scotland (even South Wales on one occasion) in her campervan.
Costs:
• Full Legal Wedding Ceremonies (including elopements): £525
• Vow Renewal and Affirmation Ceremonies: £500
Cost includes legal guidance, as many meetings as are required, all correspondence (email, phone, WhatsApp …), the first 50 miles of travel, with additional mileage charged at £0.45/mile, crafting your ceremony with you, and of course marrying you on the day.
